About Chilli Tam
Chilli Tam is a Gemini girl living in Hong Kong.
She has been well-grounded in both design and digital technology in her degree, she transfered all these skills to the world of WWW. She is able to integrate web technology with design and build interactive websites with web standards. Right now she is playing a key role in collaboration with designers and programmers in her company.
She choose web as her career, while she kept travelling as her biggest fun in her life. She enjoys arranging trips for herself, thanks to the resource on the internet, she has been self-travelling for more than 6 times. The most visited country is Japan (11 times), and the most visited city is Tokyo (around 8 times). However her favorite city is Kyoto (2 times). One of her life goal is to visit every inch of Japan.

1. Web Design
Chilli knows well she's not that great in design, her design is nothing special but clients always feel satisfied on Chilli Tam's mock up skills. Her style is simple but decorative, Japanese mixed with Korean style.
2. Web Programming
No doubt, Chilli doesn't have much working experience but she's serious with web programming, she started programming since 16 years old and she own her own website since 2003.
Usually she writes PHP while she also has experiences on Actionscript and MVC frameworks - Django.

3. Covert PSD into Validate HTML
As a professional, it's a must to create tableless webpages up to web standards, balance use of graphics, CSS and Javascript. She knows the whole development process of a website inside-out. Her company even asked her to initialize the HTML from design layout where less error will come up later. Valid HTML would also benefit to SEO aspect.
4. Interactive User Interface
In the university, Chilli studied a course titled Web2.0 technologies where she learnt Advanced Javascript, AJAX, APIs and so on. This enable her to create interactive user interface.
5. Wordpress theme
Chilli herself is a Wordpress user, with given design, she's able to create an Wordpress Theme within 1-2 working days. Other than Wordpress, she has been creating numerious theme and template for a Korean Community System - Zeroboard4 and Japanese CGI BBS - Apeskin, Chilli is creative on making impossible to be possible within limitation.
